Wheels @ The Will: Liability Waiver & Release Agreement

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.

By participating in the "Wheels @ The Will" car meet, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participation in a car meet event, including displaying my vehicle and being present on the property where vehicles are gathered and moving, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of damage to my vehicle, personal property, and potential personal injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and presence at this event.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Will (including its owners, operators, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in, or present at, the Wheels @ The Will event, regardless of whether such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence of The Will or otherwise.

3. Vehicle and Property Responsibility: I expressly agree that The Will is not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, theft, or vandalism to my personal vehicle(s), accessories, or any other personal property brought onto or present at The Will's premises during the event, regardless of cause. I am solely responsible for the security and condition of my vehicle and property at all times.

4. Adherence to Event Rules: I agree to abide by all stated event rules and guidelines, including those related to vehicle conduct, alcohol consumption, parking, and general behavior. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in my immediate removal from the premises without refund or recourse.

5. Indemnification: I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Will from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in or presence at the event, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise.

6. Severability: I agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I certify that I have read this document and fully understand its content. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and competent to sign this Release. I sign this document voluntarily and of my own free will.
