Event Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone at Wheels @ The Will, please observe the following rules:

Respectful Conduct: Please be respectful of all attendees, their vehicles, The Will's property, and our staff. This is a family-friendly event, and positive vibes keep it fun for all!

No Outside Alcohol: Bringing outside beer, liquor, or any alcoholic beverages onto The Will's property is strictly prohibited.

Strict Alcohol Consumption Policy: Any consumption of alcohol brought from outside will result in you being asked to leave the premises immediately.

Purchase On-Site: The Will offers a full selection of delicious beer, liquor, cocktails, and food available for purchase from our bar and kitchen. Enjoy our offerings!

Designated Alcohol Area: Purchased alcoholic beverages must be consumed strictly within the confines of The Will's venue property, including the back gravel parking lot. Alcohol is not permitted beyond the fence line surrounding the parking lot.

Safe Driving is a Must: For the safety of all participants and spectators, absolutely no peeling out, spinning tires, excessive revving, or reckless driving will be tolerated on or around the property. Violators will be asked to leave without warning.

Liability Form: All participants showcasing a vehicle are required to sign a liability waiver.
Parking & Layout
The car meet will take place in the designated parking lot area at The Will. Please follow the instructions of any event staff for parking. We encourage everyone to park in an organized fashion to maximize space and allow for easy viewing and flow.
